I have been a customer for like a DECADE?!

Never had issues, until this newest update, That so many also have.

I have tried the intel thing, restarting, fixing drivers,

I got three free months, I am grateful for that. But

This is not ok, adobe.

I think Corel is easier now. bc IT WORKS. I cannot even install Creative cloud anymore without getting

EVERY DARN WRONG MESSAGE THER IS ON MY PC.

IT SHOULD WORK. BUT NOPE.

Find no page with previous versions either to download so I can try. I had the old photoshop installed on a harddrive, I can use it but it isn't the same as the updated one.
So dissapointed in you, Adobe.

I have gotten system req not met.

weird p81

c303

AND ALL wrong messages one can get. I stupidly updated, windows, to 11. Then rolled back.

Advice to adobe fans, DO NOT USE WINDOWS 11. Peace and luv.

During this night, the magical elves of Adobe, fixed my problem, i have no idea how, but IT WORKS NOW. WHOOOHOOO! I have no idea how, but Oh, the hours I spent doing the uninstall, reinstall, malware searches, rebooting, I no longer have to spend time on.

Thank You. Adobe's little elves of the New Year because it feels like christmas not to have to use another program than the ones I pay for.

THANK YOUUUUU!

(Wish I knew how, but I do not. It's magic)

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements. Most Creative Cloud apps work on:

  • Windows 10 versions 21H1, 20H2, 2004, and 1909 (LTSB branches are not supported);
  • macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur), macOS 10.16 or 10.15 (Catalina).

Last I remember I did, was uninstall ALL cc versions, and the intel opt...something in windows. Then I gave up after all reboots and woke up to see a successfull update of creative cloud.

It's magic.
