Using Creative Cloud within a small design studio - Starting files, Locations, Licence

Hi, we're a small design studio. We all have our own licence of CC. My only concern is the shared libraries/assets/fonts etc... Our creative cloud account is overseen by one administrator. We would like to explore libraries but I'm concerned about a few things

How easy is it to save your library, but allow other CC users to locate files. Is this a library for all users to see?

How can we use fonts? are they licence to use in any project? We often supply packaged files printers to produce artwork, can we share files?

What other issues could we find when using CC in a studio environment. I understand CC library/assets are good for personal use but can they be used in a studio
