Using Creative Suite after annual cancellation

I have an annual subscription until Sept of this year. Does anyone know...if I cancelled today, and I realize I'd have a fee to pay if I do, would I still be able to use the product until Sept 2018?

Hi Stepen,

If you cancel your subscription before your 1-year contract expires, you will have to pay 50% of the remaining months and the subscription will cancel which means you will not be able to use it.

If you wish to use it until the end of your contract which ends on 11 September 2018, you will have to pay for all the months and then get it cancelled before it renews for another year.

As I understand, you want to know if you will be able to use the subscription after cancellation as well or not? Well, after cancelling your subscription you will not be able to use it. The access to all the products will be lost.

thanks for the link, but I'm familiar with how to cancel. I read over the instructions yesterday, but it did not answer my question. As I was searching the internet for more info yesterday, I came across a posting which had in it a copy of a chat with a customer and a adobe customer service rep. The conversation seemed to indicate that the customer could cancel their annual membership...be charged 50%, but could use the product until the end to that period. I thought that wierd, and that conversation is the reason I'm posting.

I'm going to cancel my membership, and I'm happy to pay the 50% as long as I can use until the end of the subscription period. I'm doubting that would be the case, but I'd like to be 100% sure. If that is not the case, then I'll wait until the last moment.

So, my question is...and please take this with all due respect.... are you sure if I cancel I lose my ability to use the product?
