Using UK creative cloud license in Belgium

I have a subscription to Creative Cloud that is paid for from my UK Adobe account, however I am working in Brussels for six months and wish to activate my license on a workstation here in Belgium. The creative cloud FAQ says that his should be possible but whenever I try to license Photoshop or InDesign using my Adobe id I am asked for a serial number, so clearly the license system is not working in this case.

Are there any solutions to this problem? I really do need to use my license, and the demos are going to run out.

    Richard from the Lux forum? This has nothing to do with locale settings or where in teh world you are. Refer to this as a start:

    Sign in or activation errors | CS6, CS5.5 Subscriptions, CS6 Perpetual

    If the problems persist, come back and provide more details, including system info and other details that may be relevant.

    thanks for the reply, it seems to have pointed me in the right direction, the firewall is blocking the activation page so I am going to see what can be done about that.
