"Validating Software License" Loop and More - Don't Understand Other Guides

Hi everyone. I am sure this problem has been solved various times, however I am unable to understand these tutorials and unable to find some of the folders it requires me to delete, or unable to. I am using an MSI ge73 raider rbg 8rf.

I used PS heaps, however recently my Photoshop keeps getting stuck on the message "Validating Software License". It stays up for 2 seconds, disappears, then pops up again. I am not tech proficient, and my brother had helped me set up the laptop. Some guides say to delete some files. I cannot locate "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache", I have only been able to find "C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore" and "C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE".

Secondly, it says the trial for my Photoshop usage has ended and that I must buy it to use it, however upon going to buy it again (I bought a month ago already) it claims I already have it. Will this be fixed when my previous issue is fixed?

I appreciate any sort of helpful, precise guide on how to fix this problem. I need to use Photoshop for an assignment. Thank you!

Breeishly, sorry that you are unable to sign into Photoshop or the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.  What version are you utilizing your Photoshop and Premiere Pro CC membership on?

I am showing that the membership was recently successfully activated on a new computer.  Are you still continuing to face difficulties with the sign in process?  If so then see Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't open or shows a spinning progress wheel for steps that can be taken to resolve the error.

If you have any additional questions then please post a screenshot.  Information on how to post a screenshot can be found at FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video?
