Hi,

I have an active Creative Cloud Photography plan and I had photoshop CC installed. It kept telling me I had a trail license so I clicked on the "license this product", logged in and got a success screen. It then just sat there spinning the "Validating software license.." screen over and over again. I never opens my photoshop CC. I also cleared all my cache and logged out of the Adobe creative cloud application as some of the troubleshooting suggested as well as restarting my PC. However, its been sitting now for 2hrs with this "Validating software license.." screen with no photoshop. How can I get my photoshop to open and get rid of this screen????

Brucgovn I solved it. After following the steps in the attached ticket I when back into the C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore removing a *.lc2 file that was lingering and rebooted. I opened the creative cloud app again and launched Photoshop. It then gae me the normal start screen and got rid of the trial licensing status.

I've tried all of the steps in the suggestions for the attached ticket. Now it is stuck on looping in the "Thank You" page and clicking on the "continue" button.
