Valor atual mais alto do que antes

Quando comprei o primeiro ano de assinatura, comprei como estudante. Estava 86 reais mensais. Assim que completou 1 ano, a adobe, sem nem me confirmar, passou a cobrar 124 reais mensais. Eu ainda sou estudante (tanto do ensino médio, quanto de cursos técnicos que estudo) e não tenho condições para pagar por 124 reais mensais. Peço que diminuem o valor para como estava antes, já que não entendo o motivo de ter ido para 124 reais sem sequer me confirmar!

Meu deus, eu sequer prestei atenção nisso! Deveria ter lido mais e pesquisado mais, erro totalmente meu 😭 Obrigada pela resposta, agora que estou ciente que não posso permanecer no valor anterior, só me resta cancelar a assinatura

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

Estava tentando falar com alguém durante uma semana inteira, mas por conta dos estudos e trabalho, sempre que eu tinha tempo, já estava fechado. Vou tentar enviar por e-mail e ficar atenta como você me informou. E sobre a postagem inadequada, desculpe por isso, era que eu realmente estava desesperada por não conseguir falar com eles pelo chat do site e toda situação. Obrigada pela resposta!

sorry about the misunderstanding but be careful about emails. just posting here makes you a scammer target and they like to use email.

 

you should use chat, phone or twitter. not email.
