Values in All of My Creative Cloud Apps Are Italicized

This is a recent - and diabolical - change that is driving me nuts. Please see photo. It's like this in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. I do not recall changing any setting, but I did update the apps. I really hate it. Any advice? Better yet, A SOLUTION is most appreciated.

Without much more to go on I'd say you have a corrupted system font.

    Oh thank you so much for the speedy reply! Windows (of course). That is actually a great lead; I have cleaned up fonts recently.

    Do you know by chance the font that may be missing? I do have a back-up, but I do not want to install all of them again.
