VAT application for Instrastat countries (UE)

I have a Creative Cloud account for my company, so I subscribed with my VAT number.

My company is Italian and Adobe sends me every month an invoice from Adobe Ireland.

All intra UE purchases should be made with an invoice without VAT, following and Instrastat form. Adobe doesn't do that. It applies italian 22% vat to every invoice.

My accountant says the invoices are wrong. The support is ineffective and unavailable.

Moreover the invoice are unintelligible, stating a code number as item description. It should state clearly what is about (software, plan, subscription).

I need a reply from Adobe about UE instrastat Invoices, as all other european adobe customers.

I will try the support one last time then I will just simply stop using Creative Cloud.
