even after doing a full uninstall and restart, i keep getting an error that the network resource for vc_runtimeMinimum_x86 is unavailable how do i fix this.

Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx to find and re-install the C runtime

That I did, ten times now, to no avail.

check for, and if available, update your os

 repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)

update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)

 

restart your computer
