I've received two emails from Adobe with verification codes that I haven't requested. Not sure if it's just spam or if someone else is requesting them. Next steps?

I receive several emails past few days had not used any adobe programs, am sure their email server has a bug, will be nice if Adobe can provide some clarity

Hi there, 

You receive a verification code on your mobile when you try to sign in to your Adobe account. Were you trying to sign?
