Hello all..,

 

My email kept receiving the verification code within this week

Does anyone has same problem?

If Adobe's staff read this post, please contact me asap.

    Stanleychan8888 to add to John and Nancy's response, please make sure that you are signing in under the e-mail address associated with your membership or the software title you have purchased when contacting our support team at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html.  There are no software titles or memberships assigned to the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.

    Don't worry.  This week Adobe experienced a technical system outage which resulted in log-in failures.  That might explain the flood of verification requests sent to your e-mail inbox.  See below for Adobe System Status report. https://status.adobe.com
