Question

Verification code sent to an expired student email

My name is Paula.
I have a big issue accessing my student creative cloud account. It is asking me a verification code that has been sent to my student email and I don't have access anymore to my student email because I finished my studies and the uni has disabled my email account so there is no way that I can get access to the verification code.
I cannot sign in to my creative cloud and there is no way to contact the Adobe team to solve this because I do not have access to my student account.
They are charging me every month for a plan that I have not accepted after my student plan.

This is my only hope that someone can tell me anything.
Thanks

This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
.
Also: beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message
