Verify my email address

I installed the Adobe cloud on my laptop. I want to log in but have to verify my email address first. I do not get any mail, not even in my spam folder. If I ask to resend it still does not work? What can I do to resolve this. Is the answer waiting?

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

I think there's a typo in your email address and therefor you cant verify your email address

please follow the steps on the following page to update your email and then you should be able to verify your email
