Verify your identity problem

Hi! The Premiere Pro keeps telling me to verify my identity when i try to login and tells me that they sent å kode to an email without refernce which email, and i cant see nothing in the mail.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id (which is probably the email address being used, but you should check* on your account page), https://accounts.adobe.com

also, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
