Sabrina, sorry you are encountering problems. Do you receive any specific error messages when trying to complete the install process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html?

This same thing is happening to me... Premier pro stalls on installation at around 40%. just stalls, no error code or anything. I tried uninstalling CC and now even that is a stalling and taking forever. I have installed and use all my other applications no problem. They were slow to install but they eventually did.
