Very slow upload speed after Adobe CC program update
Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with the following problem: The upload speed on my PC has collapsed close to zero. This happened for the first time a couple of months ago, and when I took the computer to maintenance, they mentioned that one souce of this problem might be some programs that are automatically downloaded with Adobe program updates. Now the problem reoccurred right after I updated InDesign, which makes me suspect that these events may indeed be interconnected. My download speed is fine, and my colleagues with whom I share the internet connection are experiencing no problems with uploading large files. I have tried to run the speed test provided at speedtest.net but I keep receiving the following error message:
"UPLOAD TEST ERROR
A socket error occurred during the Upload test. A firewall could be blocking the connection or the server might be having some issues. Please try again later."
My operating system is Windows 10. Everything else is working just as before but the upload speed has dropped from a situation where I was easily able to upload files of several hundred Mbs to the current situation where uploading a file of a couple of hundred kbs may take minutes, regardless of the application I use (eg. Gmail, Dropbox).
