Hello,

I am a complete newbie to Adobe and attempting to self teach. I have seen some videos on YouTube with video effects and I have absolutely no idea what program they have used to make it. The video is below. Could someone please point me in the right direction on how to make all the cute animations she has going on in this video?

premiere pro would be the program to use if you're creating video de novo and after effects would be the program to use if you're adding effects to an already created video (like the example you showed).
