Videos in Online Help?

I'm trying to edit a damaged photo for the first time. I wanted to use the 'content aware patch tool' (I think...) and went to online help. There is a suggested video box, which doesn't function. I got a human on the chat function and he/she had the same. Any advice?

yes most of the tutorials on content aware tools are hopless [out dated] because it is only as smart as a computer so it keeps changing... the current Photoshop has a few different options for repairs because every photo is different and it still takes a human eye

what software are you using i.e, Photoshop [not Lightroom] and can you please post a screenshot of the image you want to edit?
