I wish to make a formal complaint about Vishwajeet Chauhan. Who basically had a lunch break whilst I talked to him.

I asked him a question after I render a project save then quit and reopen it later I have to render again

his advice after opening 1 hour tying to get through

"After rendering, please save the project first, and then close the application"

Seriously is this why I pay 50 Euros a month???????????

Why is customer service become so useless the last few years

please train this guy or sack him
