Visio diagram converted to PDF becomes pixelated in Oversized Pages

Using Visio 2013 and Acrobat Pro DC (v 2019.021.20048), I convert Visio diagrams to PDF just fine, but *not* large format (greater than 200 inches) visio diagrams.  For large sizes the diagram becomes pixelated upon conversion.  Monochromatic images are not great but readable on the converted PDF, but any image with grading (shadows, grayscale images, or color gradient images) are all pixelated and unreadable.   I have tried every permutation of settings under Preferences (shut off compression, downsampling, etc).   I tried every Conversion settings (Oversized Pages, High Quality Print, Press Quality, etc), I can't get a true conversion from Visio to PDF for large formats..   Can anyone suggest a fix or pointers I can research?

200 inches (5040mm) is the largest PDF supported by Acrobat.

I know of the non-Pro Acrobat 200-inch limitation. In the 'Pro' version, I am allowed to choose "Oversized Pages" in the Conversion Settings, where it says "Use these settings to create Adobe PDF documents suitable for reliable viewing and printing of engineering drawings larger than 200x200 inches". That is literally the ONLY reason I bought Pro DC. Am I misinterpreting the settings? Thanks.
