Wacom pen pressure working everywhere except in CC apps.

I've been using Photoshop CS5 from my student days but recently upgraded to CC.

My Wacom tablet is an Intuos Pro and it works fine in just about every application, including Photoshop CS5.

I've even downloaded a couple of programs such as MyPaint and Krita and the pen pressure works fine there as well.

It does not work in Photoshop CC2018 and Animate CC2019.

I tried reinstalling the Wacom driver to no avail. I'm on Windows 10.

Can anyone give me some pointers? Thanks.
