"WAITING..." INSTALLING FREE TRIAL PHOTOSHOP IN WIND. 8.1

Hi!

When I'm installing the free trial of Photoshop, then a few minutes (20% completed aprox.) appear "Waiting.." and nothing more happens... Can anyone say me why happens this???
