ich bin Schüler an einer Schauspielschule.
Ich habe Gestern über Adobe die Creativ Cloud bestellt und auch schon bezahlt.
Nun kann ich die Cloud nicht öffnen, da Adobe noch prüft ob das alles so passt?
Ich habe mal nachgeschaut. Ich soll meinen Schülerausweis einreichen. Wo und wie kann ich das machen ?
Wird das dann freigeschaltet?
Oder bekomme ich automatisch eine Aufforderung ?
Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen ?
