Want to reinstall Lightroom 5, do not want the Creative Cloud

Super easy question. I'm doing a clean erase of my computer and restarting from scratch. I have a valid licence for Lightroom 5 since I've upgraded from Lightroom 4. Is there a way to reinstall Lightroom without installing the Creative Cloud app?
