Want to unistall program

I have tried multiple times to unistall the Adobe Cloud program and although it doesn't show as a program on my listing it won't completly unistall. I keep getting a message to update program. Now my microsft windows updates won't install correctly either Please help - very frustrating

Before making any changes to system , make sure to have backup of important data when it comes to Troubleshooting OS related issue.

Run below command in Powershell(Admin) :

dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Also check for latest available update .
