Wanting to Upgrade plan but it won't go through

Hello-

I have been trying for two days to upgrade my plan to all Creative Cloud Apps and on the last step I get an error message saying sorry it cannot change my plan. My payments have always been made, I am confused why it won't go through.

There may be an intermittant problem. If the problem stays try either with a different browser and/or disable browser extensions.

If there are still problems Contact Customer Care .
