*Warning*: Cancelling Subscription
I've been trying to resolve this issue with Adobe for six months.
I believed I had removed auto renewal from my account however Adobe continued the subscription. I contacted them as soon as I realized this but I have never had a response. As soon as I bring this up via chat I also get no response. I was happy with the service when I'll used it but now this feels like a massive scam in my opinion and regret using the creative cloud.
I would never recommend this service based on my experience and would advise anybody using it to be very careful when cancelling because Adobe will not support you and will keep your money.
