waste of time

how come you can't contact support, tried all the available options only to end up at the same place each time. About as much use as a chocolate teapot, fine when everything goes okay but when a problem arises there is no help at all

    Effemall you should be able to find to find the contact options available for you Country/Region by going to Help>Contact Us.  You will then be asked to select your product and to pick the difficulty you are having.  You should then find options for phone, chat, and the forums.

    Which country/region are you in?  I can look up the phone number for support for you if you would prefer?
