We are getting no replies from Adobe support on our portal support ticket

I have made nearly 10 replies to this ticket ... days go by and we randomly receive a phone call, ... set a time for a followup, call never comes.
At one stage we did get through to a guy called Deependra, who was supposed to set our next phone appointment - but i've had no further reply except for an afterhours call we missed.
I have repeatedly asked to be engaged with via the support portal, in writing.
Then, on the weekend when we are closed we recieved a phone call afterhours .. followed by emails advising our case is "waiting to hear from you"
Is there a way I can escalate this? The support experience with Adobe has been completely unsatisfactory and zero professional communication.
