Same problem here.  Technology companies these days seems to enjoy the rule:  one step forward, 2 steps backward.  I'm starting to doubt my having migrated away from Apple...

Doesn't it seem outrageous that the subscription-paying consumer is now the ad hoc technical support team?  Where is a clear fix for this problem that should be emailed to each and every single paying subscriber who would rather earn a living using the tools she paid for rather than blow away a ton of billable hours due to deeply inadequate support?
