What a waste of time and money Adobe has become

Hi I just need to vent my frustration on how useless and how bad of an experience it has been using adobe cloud service or product or whatever its called nowadays.

I just wanted to do something simple, stop outgoing payments for Illustrator, uninstall the app, install Photoshop start that service.

Cannot be done, even when you are signed up as a business user !  No means of making any contact with support whatsoever, No chat support open, no phone support lines work, no way of sending emails. 

So i tried cancelling the app myself, no actual way of doing that apart from uninstalling, but payments still going out for it.

Absolute waste of allot of time, and money !

Good work Adobe !

I shall try the above site as well.  I felt better seeing your remarks as I too have been pulling my hair out with this CC.  everything worked fine until I upgraded to CC and it has been a night mare since.  Theres no one to get in touch with. how I wish I could go back in time.  Im so amazed ab out the lack of support as well.
