What access do I lose & what do I retain if I switch from Creative Suite to XD only subscription plan?

My subscription to the Adobe Creative Suite is ending in August. May I know how does that affect my Cloud storage and if I were to switch to a subscription for XD only and give up the suite subscription, what does that mean for my access to Creative Cloud, Portfolio Website and Behance (3 most important things to me). What do I lose access to?

Another issue is I cannot see the "change plan" button under my manage plans page.

Your support agents for your chatroom pretty much do not understand English or are able to provide competent answers or ways to deal or resolve customer issues.

Is there a way to email or leave a message to Adobe support regarding my creative suite subscription.? I don't want to stay on the line in a chatroom nor post in a forum for private issues. I can't call cos I'm outside the United States. It feels really frustrating to open a browser window to wait in a chatroom line for someone to get back to me, and then not know if an agent actually received my message.

There is no such thing as a Creative Suite subscription.  Creative Suite is legacy software that's no longer sold or supported.

Creative Cloud all apps plan includes everything you have now in your Creative Cloud desktop app.  If you downgrade to a single app XD plan, items in red will remain.

It isn't clear that "switching" is even an option. There's certainly no online way to do it in my country. We have many reports that you will need to cancel one subscription, and take the new. Assume you lose everything in the cloud unless someone can tell you otherwise. This page might be relevant: Learn how to change your plan

You get the same people on the phone, and there isn't email support.

I'm not necessarily going to cancel my Creative Suite subscription. I need more info on exactly what services I will be losing if I switch to an XD-only subscription. I need them to list out all the services I would be losing and all services I will still keep one-by-one. Or at least they can direct me to a webpage, exact link where I can view all this information.

I'm sorry that I'm a pain-in-the-ass by asking for everything to be listed very clearly. But I need this information to make an informed decision.
