What Adobe CC master can i run?

I have an old PC.

E8500 C2D + gts250 dx10

I want to install Adobe CC but confused what version can i run? Can i run master collection 2017?

Unfortunately that tells us little. Sounds like an old gaming machine. Which operating system? How much RAM?

Unfortunately there's no such Adobe product. In the the past, Master Collections were one option of the now defunct Creative Suite range of perpetual license products. Adobe no longer sells those.

Adobe only offers Cloud subscription plans with monthly or annual payments. Do you currently have an Adobe Cloud plan?

i have 4 gig ram, can i run adobe animate because it says it need opengl 3.3 and my card only support 3.0?

Likewise 4GB RAM will be very underpowered and slow. 8GB is recommended by Adobe.
