what are the minimum system requirements for adobe creative cloud? (as in ram, ghz, etc).

I'm thinking about doing an illustration course, which specifies creative cloud as mandatory.

However, the beat-up laptop I have won't be able to run the programs smoothly, meaning I'll have to get a new computer.

I'd just like to know what sort of system specs I should go for to run it well, ideally at a cost-effective price?
