Adobe Creative Cloud is a digital hub (acts as a sync between the desktop apps.) where you can explore, create, share, and deliver your work using any of the Adobe Creative Suite desktop tools, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4, and new applications like Adobe Muse and Adobe Edge preview.

A Creative Cloud membership is compatible with both Mac and Windows.

However the detailed tech specs depends upon the Desktop app which you have chosen as you need to download and install the products on your computer.

It would be more helpful if Adobe gave us an overall minimum/recommended requirements instead of us looking through each and every piece of software to see what the minimum requirements are, all the requirements are different so its very time consuming trying to find the right requirements for my computer as I will be downloading the lot.
