What can I do to install?

I have been trying to install Photoshop for school assignments, and EVERY time I tried to in the Microsoft Store, it keeps reading that they could not install the app. It tells me to wait a bit, which I do, but it STIll gives the same message. How do I fix this?

why don't you purchase from adobe, https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html

Per this KB article if you purchase through the Microsoft Store you will need to reach out to them for support as their version differs from the retail version offered by Adobe. Contact infromation for Microsoft to help with installation of their version can be found from this article as well: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/purchases-win-app-store-faq.html
