What computer privileges are required to install and apply updates to Creative Cloud Apps using Windows 7?

When you work for a company that controls the software installed on your computer, it's important to know if IT support is needed to install and apply updates when application updates are available.

It's important to know this information prior to purchasing.

Thanks for your support.

Also, if you are using Encore and you wish to author a dual layer DVD or a BluRay, you must use the RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR option

I'm sure there are folks who work for large corporations who are in a similar situation where admin privileges are not allowed. I have Creative Cloud installed on my personnel computer and I know how often Adobe sends out updates. Seems to me this would be an annoyance for corporations to have their IT personal spend time clicking the update button every time Adobe pushes out an update.

Has Adobe not a solution for this?

Can IT give the Creative Cloud app permissions to apply updates and not the user?

Thanks for all your response.
