What do I do if I need to register as a student, but the page or the link from the order confirmation does not work? Adobe does not provide support.

I need help. I bought Dreamweaver student and wanted to register on the Adobe link. Unfortunately, the link does not work. Support via the telephone number and chat I do not get. I'm pretty pissed about the lack of support for "not cloud user" and think already by Paypal post back and to dispense with the program. I hope you can help me.
