What do I do with all my computers that can't run the "latest" software but STILL run well?

I just received an email from Adobe listing the versions of the software that we are now supposed to "uninstall".

But we have many older Apple Mac and windows computers that do their jobs very well but can't update tp the lates OS and so can't update to the latest software.

For example we still make DVD to distribute videos and so use Premier Pro 6 and Encore - WHAT DO WE DO NOW??

This is not fair!

Not any more unfortunately. Adobe has asked all Cloud members to uninstall CS6 if they obtained CS6 via their Cloud membership. I understand from Adobe articles that this is a voluntary task. I understand that the software will continue working but you must be aware that you're no longer licensed to use it as part of your Cloud membership (it's "unauthorised").

CS6 software installed via serial numbers is fine to continue using as it is.

Do you have them installed as part of your Creative Cloud membership?

Or did you purchase them as perpetually licensed versions with a serial number?

Both actually, some of the staff discovered that we could load CS6 once we got CC and so it was installed on 2 newer Video editing PCs.

The serial number version of CS6 is not effected, you may continue using it

CS6 installed as part of a Cloud subscription will stop working

You're probably right John but I understood that versions such as Premier Pro 6 will keep working but it is up to the end user to manually uninstall them. Is that not the case? Do you have other information which says they will stop working which I can use for future reference?

Reply #15 in New Download policy for perpetual and CC (visible to MVP and ACP) says that perpetual (serial number) programs will continue to work
