What do I do with an incomplete installation?

I have Mac 10.9 on my computer. I forgot I had a demo version of PS CS6 on my computer. The CC had me uninstall this and then it installed an incomplete version of PS CC. I uninstalled that version and now CC will not allow me to reinstall PS.

I did the Adobe Updater and this is the message I received from it:

Help!

there's no need to uninstall ps cs6 in order to also install ps cc.

that said, are either currently installed?  if yes, uninstall.

then run the cleaner, http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html for both and restart your computer.

then install one or both via the cc app.  if your cc app shows one or both are up-to-date despite being uninstalled, http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I reloaded the CC manager and Photoshop is now installing.
