What do I need to do to change from PC to Mac?

I am currently using a PC and wish to make the switch to Mac. What do I need to do to accomplish this?

Cloud software can be installed on Mac and/or Windows for no extra cost. No platform swapping process is required.

On the Mac simply sign in to creative.adobe.com with your Adobe ID and download the software. Same as you did on the PC.
