What does it take to get a hold of these people

Question

What does it take to have these people e mail you back I've sent at least 11 emails to them after calling their number which tells me to email them and out of 11 times I heard from them once. I cant get in trying to log in and it keeps saying invalid server URL . I need to get a hold of these people I live in corona , Calif. and I just cant go over there  give me some help please
