What happen with Adobe payment?

I want to purchase a new subscription, but I've tried repeatedly for several days and until now still can't complete the payment. It keeps showing the error "We couldn't process your payment. Please check your payment details. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact your bank." Although I checked with the bank and confirmed that my card is still working normally. Can someone please help me? I'm so desperate 😭

Vietnam subscriptions are region-locked. This means if you are currently in Vietnam, you must purchase your software through the local or Southeast Asian Adobe store using a Vietnamese billing address and payment method.
