what happens when i have new hardware? how do i migrate cloud account to the new computer (hardware) and can i install adobe cloud on the new one?

... is the cloud connected to a serial number of my computer? Is an installation on the new one easy, or do i have to change something in my account, in order to reinstall it on my new mac?
