What if I'm running 10.7.5 on my macbook air- How can I download photoshop?

I have the latest update on my macbook which is 10.7.5. However, I can not download photoshop because I'm not running on 10.8. Is there any way around this? Or how can I get photoshop on my computer? Someone gifted me the software so I have a purchased serial number.

    You can install upto Photoshop CC 2014 version on Mac OS X 10.7.5

    System requirements | Photoshop

    Please post exact error message you are getting and check with Tech Specs once .

    Also please mention version of Photoshop .
