What in the world is going on ... Adobe gladly took my $1300 and now I can't download this 'download manager' which comes across as in Arabic and I can't get through to Adobe?

Why is this such a series of hoops you have to jump through to deal with Adobe ... I am fairly disgruntled at this point ... and I still have no access to the product that I paid for.

i was seeing russian for a while. clear your adobe.com cookies or use a different browser and retry.
