What is going on? [Error messages when trying to change my payment details for a new card]
Unable to change my payment details for a new card, keep getting error messages. Online chat with the most useless customer service person who didn't have a clue what to do. So hacked off that I want to cancel, cannot do it as there is no cancel button on my account and no-one is now answering the supposed 24 hour chat.
Adobe, you're very close to losing a customer. WHAT'S HAPPENING?
