what is going on with Adobe and their technical issues?

Hi John,

The technical issues that are being referred above could be related to our internal tools being down or not running slow. The tools help Adobe staff to easily pull up your information and assist you.

Could you please share more about the issues you are facing and you had to contact support?

No, I didn't have a program question.  But thanks for your suggestion.

Here is the end to the chat I was having with customer service:

"6:11:55 PM Akshay:

I apologize for the inconvenience, we are facing some technical issues I would suggest you to contact us back after 10 - 12 hours.

6:12:00 PM Akshay:

Thank you for contacting Adobe, good bye."

First, I thought that was an inappropriate response.  Second, to immediately end the chat session at that point was rude and pointless. 

So, again, I am asking what was going on with the technical issues to which they refer?

Unless an employee reads and replies (will have STAFF by their name) other users are not likely going to know what kind of internal problems Adobe support is having

I have not seen any announcements in the forums, so have no idea about problems
