What is installed with new Acrobat Pro?

I'm totally confused and frustrated.

I've been using Acrobat Pro 2020 for a number of years.

However with my new travel Mac, Adobe said I couldn't use that application.

So I just purchased the version Adobe recommended for $19.99 per month.

But now when I go on my main Mac where I've been using Acrobat Pro 2020, I do not see any new application. So don't understand.

I'll try to attach a screenshot of what is now in my Applications folder in terms of Adobe. The Acrobat ones there remain unchanged since before I purchased.

Any experts with this, I could use your help. Thanks.

I have no clue. It didn't tell me. Plus anothe Adobe page said CC was trying to install DC. All confusing to me so I quit. 😉 LOL

Appreciate you starting to help but I've gotten so frustrated with this experience including about 30-45 minutes on two Adobe chats that I decided to not buy Acrobat Pro again. I'll just use Preview on my travel Mac. Thanks.

That screenshot suggests you have not installed the new Acrobat version and you have the old one installed and the CC app. If you open the CC app you should be able to install the new version of Acrobat. https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/download-install-apps/creative-cloud-apps/download-creative-cloud-apps.html

Thank you but I've quit on my attempt.

Is there a way for me to mark this post as answered or canceled so I don't waste anyone's time?

    Thank you.

Install the cc desktop app using the download links at the bottom of this
    https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
If that works for you, you then use the Cloud manager to install your programs

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Thank you. I realized, too late and my bad, that the forums are not nearly as some other app's community forums.
